[APRIL 5, 2000]  The Lincoln area YMCA has tickets and auction catalogues available for their fourth annual Charter Dinner with a silent and live auction to be held Saturday, April 15, at the Maple Club. Also, the YMCA has scheduled School's Out Fun Days Friday, April 14, through Monday, April 24, at the Lincoln Park District Sports Complex.

New and improved

[APRIL 5, 2000]  Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home recently added 3,000 square feet to their existing funeral home at 127 S. Logan in Lincoln. On Sunday, April 9, they will hold an open house from 1 to 3 p.m. to showcase the expanded and remodeled facilities.
