Panel tells impact of drunk driving
[APRIL 12, 2000]  Drunk driving is not an accident.  It is 100 percent avoidable.  My daughter was killed by a drunk driver,” George Murphy of Jacksonville told a group of about 40 Tuesday night at a Victim Impact Panel at the Lincoln Recreation Center.
