The new proprietors, Michael and Demetrios “Jimmy” Vanos of Lincoln, have leased the property and are open for business. The restaurant’s hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays.
