colorful balloons this morning, you didn't see anything. Threatening
weather grounded all flights. Crowds gathered at the fairgrounds did not
miss out, though. Balloon
crews launched
water balloons using giant slingshots. The balloon pilots are
catchers of these water balloons using open, wire-frame baskets.]
