Helen Stoltz

Helen Marie Stoltz, 88, of Lincoln, died at 8:50 p.m. Thursday, May 25, 2000, at Fairview Haven Nursing Home in Fairbury.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 31, at Holland & Barry Funeral Home in Lincoln, with the Rev. Richard Reinwald officiating.

Burial will be in Zion Cemetery, Lincoln.

Visitation will be one hour before the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.

She retired from State Farm Illinois Region Office of Fire Company after 31 years.

She was born Feb. 1, 1912, in Lincoln, a daughter of Charles and Emma B. (Borchardt) Stoltz.

She is survived by three sisters, Lucille Stoltz of Lincoln, Catherine (and George) Sheley of Lincoln and Evelyn (and William) Phillips of Bloomington; seven nieces and nephews; 18 great-nieces and nephews; and 20 great-great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and loving fiancé, Charles Gibson.

She was cherished and loved by all.

Memorials may be made to St. John United Church of Christ in Lincoln, the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
