ORGANIZATIONS & EVENTS
Library receives $2,000 grant; plans computer purchase

[MAY 30, 2000]  The Lincoln Public Library District has been awarded a $2,000 "Equipment to Books" grant from the office of Secretary of State/State Librarian Jesse White. The library plans to use this grant to establish a new multimedia computerized reference center in its Youth Services Department.
