Mary Duginger

Mary L. Duginger, 87, of Middletown died at 9:07 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, 2000, at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 1, at St. Patrick’s Church in Elkhart, with Father Patrick DeMeulemeester officiating.

Burial will be in Richmond Grove Cemetery, New Holland.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Oct. 31, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. There will be a wake service at 6:30 p.m.

Mrs. Duginger had been a Logan County probation officer.

She was born Jan. 6, 1913, in Lincoln, to Joseph and Bena (Rock) Dehner. She married Lynn Duginger in 1951 in Lincoln.

Surviving are one son, Robert E. (and Katherine) Duginger of Irvine, Calif.; one daughter, Marilyn Duginger of Chicago; and four grandchildren, Robert J. Duginger, Stephen J. Duginger, Emily M. Duginger and John C. Duginger.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two brothers and five sisters.

She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Elkhart.

Memorials may be made to New Holland-Middletown School District Music Fund.
