The Domestic Abuse and Violence Task Force of the Healthy Communities Partnership of Logan County hosted its second annual domestic violence education event Thursday evening.  It began as a peaceful candlelight walk around the courthouse. Then, moving inside, participants heard Timothy Huyett, Logan County state’s attorney, speak on the legal issues surrounding domestic violence and its impact on the Logan County community.  Shelley Musser, Sojourn shelter and services specialist, also spoke.

"A Company of Wayward Saints,"
 opens tonight.
The play runs Friday and Saturday,
Oct. 5 and 6, at 7:30 p.m.
in the Earl C Hargrove Chapel.
