The road crew working on North Kickapoo Street got an unpleasant surprise this morning. While digging they struck an unmarked, abandoned water service line. Work temporarily ceased as the trench quickly filled with water. At the time of this post no decisions had been made about how to proceed with the problem. [Photo by Bob Frank]
