Officers from Lincoln and the State of Illinois participated Thursday in the Law Enforcement Torch Run through Lincoln. The Torch Run benefits Special Olympics Illinois. The torch's final destination is the Opening Ceremonies of the Special Olympics Illinois State Summer Games today in Normal.
