Eleven contestants vie for
fair queen

[JULY 28, 2003]  Miss Logan County Fair queen contestants:  [Note: Click on the pictures for larger images.].

 

Breann Conrady, 19, daughter of David and Lisa Conrady of Elkhart, graduated from Lincoln Community High School this year. She will attend Lincoln College and major in psychology.

Katheryne Stoll, 20, daughter of Kenton and Marcia Stoll of Chestnut, graduated from Mount Pulaski High School in 2000. She will be a senior at the University of Illinois, where she is majoring in human nutrition. 

Emily Wilkinson, 19, daughter of Bernard and Donna Wilkinson of Lincoln, graduated from Lincoln Community High School in 2002. She will be a sophomore at Lakeland College, where she is majoring in special education.

Laura Pollett, 19, daughter of Ron and Pam Pollett of Lincoln, graduated from Lincoln Community High School in 2002. She will be a sophomore at Northern Illinois University and plans to major in broadcasting or political science.

Alexandrea Davis, 17, daughter of Mayor Beth Davis and Jim Davis, both of Lincoln, will be a senior at Lincoln Community High School this fall.

Amber Deiss, 17, daughter of Pam Pauk and David Deiss, both of Lincoln, graduated from Lincoln Community High School this year. She will attend Lincoln College and major in primary education.

Cara Cannon, 19, daughter of Charles and Kristine Cannon of Mount Pulaski, graduated from Mount Pulaski High School in 2002. She will be a sophomore at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, where she is majoring in biology education.

Carnival opens at 6 p.m.

Saturday, August 2

Carnival opens 2 p.m.

Free gate till 5 p.m.

Sunday, August 3

Family Day

Carnival opens at 1 p.m.

All rides take one ticket

Brianna Sheldon, 18, daughter of Keith and Jan Sheldon of Lincoln, graduated from Lincoln Community High School this year. She will attend Western Illinois University and major in criminal justice. 

Ashley Dammerman, 18, daughter of Scott and Pam Dammerman of New Holland, graduated from Lincoln Community High School in 2002. She is a sophomore nursing student at Illinois State University.

Ashley Wurth, 19, daughter of Scott and Maricia Wurth of Beason, graduated from Lincoln Community High School in 2002. She is a sophomore nursing student at Heartland Community College.

Sara Bicknell, 18, daughter of Richard and Janice Bicknell of Atlanta, graduated from Olympia High School this year. She will attend Illinois Wesleyan University and major in vocal music and political science.
