A Friday morning ribbon cut opened Big Gus's Barbecue, 511 Woodlawn Road, Lincoln (in the strip plaza across from the former location of Kroger).

Gus and Kym Ammons-Scott were joined by Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors. The business features August Scott's famous barbecued ribs, chicken, hot links and Italian sausages. The business will be open on Fridays and Saturdays -- carryout only. click on pictures for larger images
