Weekend may be damp, but art and balloon fest still offers lots of activities

[AUG. 27, 2004]  While it might be a bit damp, this weekend still promises lots of things to do. Even though the biggest, brightest portion of this weekend's featured activities -- hot-air balloons -- may be affected, most of the other activities will still be going on, whether under the shelter of tents downtown or in the open-air buildings at the fairgrounds.

Late-breaking additions: The Art of Wine will be hosting Wine Connoisseur 101 classes at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday and a grape stomp at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
