This year Logan County will
only have one PSEP clinic, due to the low number due to retest in
the Pesticide Safety Education Program. Our date is Dec. 15, from
8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Extension office.
Preregistration is required, but no fee
will be charged. You may register by calling the office, sending an

Certification is needed to purchase and
apply restricted-use pesticides on ground that you own or operate.
With the necessity of insecticide use on first-year corn, it is
recommended that all farm operators be certified.
This certification does not qualify
for licensing pertaining to public applications, such as schools,
churches, roadsides or others. Commercial not-for-hire or public
licensing through the commercial program is required for these uses.
