I-55/I-57 Clinic     Send a link to a friend

[MARCH 8, 2004]  Scott Trost, head coach at Illinois Wesleyan University, will be stepping in for former head coach Dennie Bridges at the I-55/I-57 Basketball Coaches Clinic in Saunemin on May 1. Trost, who is leading the Titans into the second round of the NCAA Division III tournament this Saturday, will fill in at the clinic since Bridges had to back out due to a university event the same day.

Trost will join these tentatively planned speakers and presenters: University of Illinois head coach Bruce Weber, Northern Illinois head coach Rob Judson, former Eureka College head coach Dave Darnall and Pleasant Plains High School head coach Cliff Cameron.

Darnall led Eureka to the NAIA national championship in 1994. Cameron led Pleasant Plains to the 2000 and 2002 IHSA Class A state titles, and his squad won their IHSA sectional final versus Mason City on Friday night.

Information concerning the clinic is available at www.i55i57clinic.com.
