[MARCH 9, 2004]  DANVILLE -- Lincoln College ended its season on Sunday afternoon, posting a loss to Lewis and Clark Community College. The Lynx struggled in the first half, shooting only 27 percent from the field. Lewis and Clark led 42-26 at halftime and held on to the lead to defeat Lincoln 74-68.

Lynx leaders were Jeff Carlson with 25 points, including seven field goals from 3-point range, and Rueben Trotter with 14 points.

Lincoln College ends the season with a record of 17-15.

Lewis and Clark (74) -- Robert Aitken 5-2-15, Moritz Wohlers 7-2-16, Ross Laux 4-0-8, Corey Sims 8-7-24, Darren Wilson 2-0-5, Vernell Coates 0-1-1, Brent Wolk 2-0-5, Marcus Richardson 0-0-0, Jeremy Clark 0-0-0, Demetrius Oliver 0-0-0. Totals 28-12-74.  Three-point goals: Aitken 3, Sims, Wilson, Wolk.

Lincoln College (68) -- Tony Gulley 1-0-3, Jason Moore 3-3-9, Michael Henderson 3-0-6, Rueben Trotter 4-6-14, Nick Malone 3-0-7, Jeff Carlson 9-0-25, Ryan Lazzarini 2-0-4.  Totals 25-9-68. Three-point goals: Carlson 7, Malone, Gulley.
