O'Neill will be there, and he says that a number of other city, county and other officials, including Mayor Beth Davis and Alderman Derrick Crane, will be stopping by to listen also. Parents, teachers and administrators are invited. Channel 5 will be taping the forum. The event is intended as a no-pressure opportunity to talk and discuss ideas in person and then have some fun. Coke and Pepsi have supplied free beverages. Anyone wishing to volunteer for setup, chaperoning during the dance and activities, or cleanup may call Pat O'Neill, (217) 732-9337. |
