Cook update     Send a link to a friend

[NOV. 3, 2004]  Lincoln's Brian Cook helped lead the LA Lakers to a convincing 89-78 victory in LA's NBA home opener.

Cook logged 26 minutes and scored 10 points on 5-for-10 shooting (his field goals made were the same number as Kobe's). He pulled down two rebounds, dealt out three assists, swatted away two shots and did not commit a turnover.

It appears as if Laker coach Rudy T has a big place for Cook in his lineup.

Next up for Cook and the Lakers is a road game tonight versus the Utah Jazz.
