[NOV. 19, 2004]  The campus at Lincoln Christian College and Seminary was evacuated after a bomb threat was phoned in to the switchboard shortly after the lunch hour on Thursday.

Lincoln police and Logan County ESDA secured the campus. The Logan County Sheriff’s Department assisted with traffic control and the Illinois Secretary of State Police ran the search operation. A canine detective was used to search for explosives.

Nothing was found, and the campus was reopened at 6 p.m.
