Clubs that participated were Atlanta
Town & Country, with a window display at Teleologic Learning Company
in Atlanta; Chester 4-H, at Mission Mart in Lincoln; Hartem Clovers,
at Hartsburg State Bank in Hartsburg; Middletown 4-H'ers, at
Middletown Junior High; The Pioneers, at Sew Many Friends in
Lincoln; and Wide-A-Wake 4-H, at Action Rentals in Lincoln.
First place went to the Wide-A-Wake
club for their window display at the Action Rentals store on South
Kickapoo Street in Lincoln. Second place was awarded to The Pioneers
for their display at Sew Many Friends on the same street. Third
place went to Atlanta Town and Country for their display at
Teleologic Learning Company in Atlanta.
In addition, there was a poster
contest. Rebekah Crider, a member of The Pioneers, was chosen as the
winner. Her poster is displayed in the window at Sew Many Friends.
