[OCT. 9, 2004]  SPRINGFIELD -- Gov. Rod Blagojevich took action Friday on the following bill:

Senate Bill 2791

Concerning: Professional regulation

Description: Creates a new requirement that a mobile home park owner has to tell mobile home renters about the parks history of rent increases and other information. Gives a renter or purchaser the right to cancel a contract and collect damages if they relied on false or misleading information provided by the mobile home park owner.

Action: Approved

Effective: Immediately
