LC women's soccer vs. Lewis & Clark     Send a link to a friend

[OCT. 14, 2004]  GODFREY -- Lewis & Clark proved to be too much for the Lincoln College women's soccer team as the host school won 12-0 in action here Tuesday afternoon.

The Lynx will be at home Thursday for a 4 p.m. game against Parkland.

"It was a sloppy game played in the rain, and we put forth a subpar effort," Lincoln coach Aaron Paskvan said. "They (Lewis & Clark) are a very fine squad and ranked sixth in the nation, but personally I do not think they are 12 goals better than us. We were missing three of our key players due to injury, but we still should have had a better effort."
