LC women's soccer vs. Parkland     Send a link to a friend

[OCT. 15, 2004]  Parkland College rolled to an 11-1 win over the Lincoln College women's soccer team at Lincoln Thursday afternoon in the rain.

Chelsey Molln scored the lone Lincoln College goal with an assist from Sam Marcus at the 70-minute mark of the second half.

"Parkland had two outstanding players in Marissa Izatt and Natalie Dixon, who dominated the game," said Lincoln coach Aaron Paskvan.

"The first Parkland goal came off a cross into the box, and we did not clear it and it rolled across the goal line. I don't think anyone from Parkland really touched it into the goal. Everything kind of went downhill after that."

The Lynx have one remaining home game, against Springfield College on Oct. 20.
