Alderman Buzz Busby, U.S. Rep. Ray LaHood, sewer chairman Benny Huskins Sr., Mayor Beth Davis and plant manager Grant Eaton celebrated the new upgrade at the Lincoln Wastewater Treatment Plant with an open house on Thursday, Oct. 14.  The congressman was able to secure a $500,000 grant to assist with the expansion.
