[OCT. 21, 2004]  Lincoln College President Ronald Schilling said a visitation is being planned for Sunday to honor Dr. Jack D. Nutt, former president of the college. The visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Carroll family Alumni Room in the Meyer-Evans Student Center on campus.

Lincoln College will be closed Monday in order for employees to attend a memorial service scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church in Lincoln.

"I have lost a good friend and colleague for over 20 years, Schilling said, reflecting on Nutt's death. He was a brilliant college administrator and had incredible insight, which he always called luck. Jack really established the mold and created a team that made Lincoln College what it is today."
