Kristen Meminger, Erica Lill and
Kristin Majka combined for 23 blocks to lead the Lynx to victory.
Meminger was credited with nine blocks, while Lill and Majka had
seven each. Majka also contributed six points.
Rosie Miller had a total of 20 set
assists and 10 points for the Lynx, and Sarah Klawitter had 10 set
assists and two digs.
"The first game was a little sloppy
with both teams missing a lot of serves," said Lincoln coach Mark
Tippett. "We were down 29-26 and ran off five straight points to win
the game. We controlled the second and third games, as our passing
improved and we were able to get our serves in. It was a very solid
win for us. We have been able to utilize our talent to get our
defense and offense clicking."
