PUBLIC NOTICE
The Logan County Board, the
Logan County Regional Planning Commission and several township governments
of Logan County have joined together in an effort to clean up the
unincorporated areas of Logan County of junk cars, abandoned mobile homes
and other public nuisances as defined in the ordinances regulating and
controlling nuisances in Logan County.
Notice is hereby given that
all inoperable and unlicensed motor vehicles, all abandoned mobile homes,
appliances, and other junk and rubbish must be removed from private and
public property by Oct. 15, 2004.
Failure to comply with the
above notice will result in a formal notice to abate and other procedures
as provided in the enforcement section of the Logan County nuisance
ordinances.
