"We gave up two early goals and had to
play from behind," said LC coach Aaron Paskvan. "We played hard and
the effort is there, but we can't continue to play from behind; it
makes us do things with the ball we do not normally do."
Sara Musser scored the lone Lincoln
College goal when she went one-on-one with the goalkeeper and put
the ball in the side of the net. Parkland scored in the 18th and
24th minute of the first half to take a 2-0 lead and then scored on
a free kick by Marussa Izatt into the upper corner of the net.
