[AUG. 27, 2005]  Powerhouse Wrestling Inc. is making its Lincoln return at the Lincoln College Davidson-Sheffer Gymnasium, 300 Keokuk, on Saturday for "Lincoln Lockdown." This event will be a fundraiser for the Lincoln College Student Senate.

Not one, but two, main events have been announced for the evening.

For the first time in Powerhouse's 12-year history, a Lincoln lockdown match has been signed. Two three-man teams will compete in a "war games"-style steel cage match, where the only way to win is via submission or surrender! Trauma's Dr. Timothy Lyle, "Too Tough" Magnum Conroy and "The Hype" Jimmy Shalwin will face Beast, Osyris and Johnny Lawless in this brutal battle!

The second half of the double main event has Powerhouse champion "Maniac" Matt Maverick defending the title against former champion Frankie the Face.
