[DEC. 19, 2005]  SPRINGFIELD -- The Illinois Department of Human Services released a six-year plan Dec. 9 for the state's Early Intervention program. The Part C State Performance Plan outlines the accomplishments and improvement activities for the state's Early Intervention program for young children with disabilities.

Adams, Ph.D. "More than 16,300 children and their families receive resources and supports that assist them in maximizing their child's development, while respecting the diversity of families and communities."
