School remnants to be sold      

Central demolition scheduled for Feb. 21

[FEB. 4, 2005]  Furnishings from Central School in Lincoln will be sold to the public on Feb. 12 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Items to be sold include desks, chairs, woodwork, doors, coat hooks, cabinets and more.

The Conservation Committee of the Lincoln Junior Woman's Club is organizing the sale with assistance from the Old House Society of Bloomington and the Preservation and Conservation Association in Champaign.

The school is scheduled to be demolished on Feb. 21.
