Mini Nature Camp scheduled

[JUNE 10, 2005]
The Logan County 4-H Mini Nature Camp will be
on June 23 from 8:45 to 11:30 a.m. at Kickapoo Creek Park in
Lincoln. Logan County 4-H'ers who are 8-12 years of age are welcome
to attend and join in the morning's nature-related activities. Youth
will participate in making plant buddies, bird feeders, nature
prints, snacks and will take a nature walk.

Participants should plan to arrive at the park between 8:45 and 9
a.m. Cost for the mini camp will be $3 per person, and advance
registration is required. 4-H'ers wishing to register for the camp
need to stop in at the Logan County Extension office, 980 N.
Postville Drive in Lincoln, to obtain registration materials. The
deadline for registration is June 16. For more information, call
