Lincoln officials celebrated Arbor Day on April 20 with a tree planting at Postville Park on Fifth Street. Aldermen Dave Armbrust and Jonie Tibbs, Lincoln Park District director Marcia Greenslate, Alderman Marty Neitzel, and City Clerk Melanie Riggs participated in the ceremony.
