 Family and friends pull together for Sara Jo

Sara Estes, 24, is in a battle for her life
against cancer. She is the daughter-in-law of a Lincoln couple, Paul and Sue
Estes. She is also the sister of Lincoln resident Sheralyn Bolton, who is
married to Brian. Sara and her husband, Tim, live in Streator.

Estes has endothelial carcinoma, a cancer of the blood vessels.
Treatment has been rigorous and extremely expensive. Medical bills
have mounted to over $40,000 in less than eight months. Family and
friends have put together opportunities to help with the financial
burden. They also ask for your prayers.
A dinner, fundraiser and silent auction is set to take place in
Streator on Saturday. The event will be from 4:30 to 11 p.m. at the
Knights of Columbus, 806 Oakley Ave. in Streator.
