New meeting location: Asperger Syndrome Support & Awareness of C.I.       Send a link to a friend

[OCT. 13, 2005]  SPRINGFIELD -- Asperger Syndrome Support and Awareness of Central Illinois will meet Nov. 3 from 7 to 9 p.m. at a new location, Room 153 in the CPV building at the University of Illinois at Springfield.

The meeting will be facilitated by Karen Kirkendall, Ph.D., associate professor in the Department of Psychology at UIS, and Linda Lanier, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist in private practice in Springfield.

For easy access to the meeting room, go to Parking Lot A at UIS, go to the buildings on the right, go to the top of the parking lot, and follow signs. It is a short walk to the room.

Directions:

From the Toronto Road exit on Interstate 55, go east -- left if coming from the north, right if coming from the south -- on Toronto.

Go north, left, on Shepard Road. Toronto dead-ends into the entrance of Lincoln Land Community College; turn left there.

At the first stop sign, go east, to the right, on University Drive.

Turn in the second driveway, labeled Parking Lot A.

Park at the northwest corner of Lot A, at the opposite end from the tennis courts.

Go to the building on the far left end of the parking lot -- the CPV building.

Go down sidewalk positioned toward the middle of the building and enter the first door on the right. CPV 153 is right inside the door on the right side.
