Chester 4-H meets      

[OCT. 22, 2005]  Chester 4-H met Oct. 16 at the Logan County Extension office in Lincoln with 21 members and 34 visitors present.

Business discussed:

• The fall fun committee reported there would be a wiener roast on Nov. 12 at 5:30 p.m. at the Fultons' house.
• Chester 4-H placed first in the window display contest this year.
• The club tour will be on Nov. 11. The group will meet at Chester-East Lincoln and leave at 1:30 p.m. to visit a pepper and horseradish farm.
• At the next meeting, members need to bring Christmas gifts for hurricane victims, and turkey notes to the next meeting.
• Program books for 2005-06 were passed out.
• Jason Steffens installed the 2005-06 officers.
