'Family Fun Fly' to benefit the Lincoln MS Walk

[APRIL 6, 2006]  A kite-flying event to benefit the Lincoln MS Walk will be April 29 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the grounds of Lincoln Church of the Nazarene, 2501 Woodlawn Road.

The whole family is invited to the "Family Fun Fly." Kites of all shapes and sizes are welcome. Kite-flying demonstrations are scheduled throughout the day.

Bring a camera and have a photo taken with Mary Poppins.

The first 15 kids will receive a free kite. There will also be a drawing for a free parafoil kite, courtesy of Prairie Years.

Concession sales will benefit the Lincoln MS Walk, and information on the MS Walk will be available at the kite fly.

The rain date is April 30, 2-6 p.m.
