[APRIL 20, 2006]  ELKHART -- The Elkhart Historical Society invites you to join them for walks on Elkhart Hill. Meet with botanist Bill McClain and members of the society at the Bluestem Bakery at 9:30 a.m. Saturday for a springtime walk to enjoy the spectacular wildflowers and bluebells.

Then, on April 29, come to Miss Jessie's Gallery at 7:30 a.m. or 12:45 p.m. to depart on a journey of birding on Elkhart Hill. Ornithologist Vernon Kleen and other birding enthusiasts will join members of the Elkhart Historical Society for this fun and special outing.
