Biker weekend at JSCC      

[APRIL 21, 2006]  May 6-7 will be biker weekend at Jefferson Street Christian Church.

Schedule of events

Saturday, May 6, beginning at 10:30 a.m.

• Gather at the parking lot of Jefferson Street Christian Church, 1700 N. Jefferson St. in Lincoln.

• Drawings for motorcycle apparel, restaurant gift certificates, $100 Wilson leather and more.

• 11:30 a.m. lunch with free hot dogs, chips and pop.

• Biker blessing after lunch.

• "Looking for Lincoln" Logan County ride, approximately two hours.

Sunday, May 7, beginning at 10 a.m.

• Cruise to church on your motorcycle and park in the designated area. There will be another biker blessing at 10 a.m. to accommodate those who were unable to attend Saturday's events.

All bikers are welcome. The community is welcome.

The event is sponsored by Jefferson Street Christian Church and the Logan County Paramedic Association.
