Women and Girls Night out          Send a link to a friend

[APRIL 26, 2006]  A locally written mystery drama based on the old "Charlie's Angels" television series is the feature performance for Women and Girls Night at St. John United Church of Christ.

The mystery, written by Diane Logsden of Mystery Ink, will star three men from the church, the author and her daughter Chris Milliman. The three men are the Rev. Rich Reinwald, Wayne Mara and Dan Row. After an introduction, the play will be performed as the audience members eat dinner.

The meal, served by Lincolnland Catering, features sesame chicken tenderloin, sweet and sour meatballs, cream and cheddar potatoes, layered lettuce salad, fruit salad, green beans, and pistachio eclair dessert or coconut cream pie.

The event will begin at 5 p.m. on Sunday in the fellowship hall at St. John United Church of Christ, at the corner of Seventh and Maple.
