balloon and arts and crafts portion of the Lincoln Art & Balloon
Festival got off to a great start at the Logan County Airport on Friday
evening. While rain may keep balloons from flying, with an umbrella in
hand festival goers can still enjoy the art fair and many other activities
down and around town today and tomorrow. See details at
