City of
Lincoln brush pickup begins

[DEC. 8, 2006]
As with the rest of the county, the Lincoln Street
Department will canvass the city, starting Monday, for brush from
the recent storm. Crews will start in Ward 1 and move to each ward
in order. The Logan County Highway Department and inmates from the
Department of Corrections will assist.

For homeowners who don't have the chance to pull brush from their
yards this weekend, crews will return again in March for another
round. Please have all your brush curbside or as close to the curb
as possible. Crews cannot go on private property and will not go
into alleys.
