[DEC. 30, 2006]  The Lincoln Public Library District has established a preservation fund for the historic Carnegie library building. The purpose is to develop a fund of which the earnings are used to enhance and preserve the 1902 structure. The fund accepts monetary gifts and donations and is an opportunity to honor or memorialize someone. For more information on this fund please contact Richard Sumrall at the Library at 217-732-8878.
