Digital photography classes are on the schedule
again here at Lincoln Park District. We are pleased to welcome
Stephen Klemm, owner of Picture This Studio, as our instructor.
Sessions are designed for the beginner to the intermediate, or
anyone interested in using your digital camera to the fullest of its
ability. The course will open with how to take better photographs
from a mediocre one. Following weeks will address the best setting
for your camera and computer printer and software. Klemm will also
cover making calendars, cards and fun, whimsical projects. The last
week, the course will culminate with the high-tech of special
effects, e-mail and slide shows. This four-week class will meet on
Thursdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. beginning Feb. 9. The cost is $50 for
in-district residents and $62.50 for people living outside the
district.
