Proposed heating cost relief to be presented in Lincoln on Monday           

[JAN. 7, 2006]  FORSYTH -- State Rep. Bill Mitchell, R-Forsyth, will announce details of recently filed legislation designed to provide relief from high heating bills. He will be making stops throughout the 87th District on Monday.
