On the day that six individuals and a national championship team
were inducted into the LCC Hall of Fame, the Preachers took a 15-12
lead on David O'Malley's 3-point shot and then led throughout the
rest of the closely contested game. Several times the Soldiers
(14-9) got within one point of the Preachers (3-15) but were never
able to retake the lead. The Preachers were led in scoring by Matt
Searby's 16 points, while Howard Wickersham contributed 12 and Adam
Everett added 10. The Preachers outrebounded the Soldiers 34-28,
with Wickersham grabbing nine. [to top of second
