Christian Child Care, 721 Wyatt Ave., is
pleased to announce that several staff members were recently awarded
scholarships through Community Child Care Connection's CDA Project
Professional Scholarship Program.

The scholarship program provides recipients with 50 hours of early
childhood training, college courses, funds for application packet
and adviser assessment fees, resource books, and unlimited support
by Community Child Care
Connection staff. This program enriches the education of those
enrolled, thereby enriching the quality of care given to the
children they serve. At the end of this program, participants are
qualified by the Department of Children and Family Services
licensing standards to be teachers in early childhood centers.
The following Christian Child Care staff members were awarded
this scholarship: Katie Cogdill, Barb Kindred, Julie Koechig, Pam
McDonnough and Sara Spencer.
