Julie Baldwin, 47, and Kaleb D. Shumard, 26, were passengers in the Ford at the time of the crash.

All three occupants were transported via ambulance to Memorial Medical Center in Springfield with non-life-threatening injuries. They were all back home Monday.

Baldwin was issued a citation for failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

This crash is being investigated by the Illinois State Police.

During the accident the family's pet pit bull dog was thrown from the truck and was last seen running toward Lincoln on the interstate. Bob is a very friendly and loving dog and no doubt very scared right now, Thomas Baldwin said Monday morning. They would like any information from anybody regarding his whereabouts. Bob is fawn-colored and has black spots on his tongue. Contact Tom, (217) 737-4136, or Julie (217) 341-9208.
