Heavy rains may have been a factor in the partial collapse of a
renovated downtown office building. On Thursday morning, debris littered
the alleyway that runs from Kickapoo to McLean Street between Broadway
and Pekin streets. The building, owned by Patrick Doolin, houses
Integrity Data, features a modern conference center and houses other
offices.
