Central Illinois residents with any outdoor plans
that required good weather were forced to make alternative choices
this past weekend. Rains and several thunderstorms dampened the
entire area for several days running.
Scattered thunderstorms dumped heavy rains during short periods
on Sunday afternoon, causing flash flooding in localized areas.
